The dashboard runs every query as you, so what you see is exactly what your BigQuery permissions allow — nothing more, and nothing this app decides.

You will be asked to allow BigQuery access. That consent lets the dashboard run queries as you; it grants it nothing you do not already have.

If sign-in is refused, your account needs roles/bigquery.jobUser on the query project and read access to the dashboard view. Ask the data team.
